Policies

1. Non-refundable deposit required to secure your appointment.

2. Full payment must be made before the grillz are released.

3. Acceptable forms of payment are debit, credit, cash and e-transfer.

4. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24–48 hours in advance.

5. Last-minute cancellations or no-shows will forfeit their deposit. No exceptions.

6. Late arrivals over 15 minutes may need to reschedule with a new deposit.

7. All molds must be approved before the grillz are made.

8. Once the grillz are made, they cannot be resized or reshaped—a new mold and set would be required.

9. Custom designs are final once confirmed and cannot be changed after production begins.

10. Any design mockups or sketches require approval and may involve a design fee depending on add-ons.

11. Turnaround time varies based on complexity—typically 3-4 weeks. Express is available for extra costs.

12. Due to hygiene and custom nature, no refunds or exchanges on Grillz.

13. If there's an issue with the fit, client must contact within 3 days of pickup.

14. If the issue is due to an improper mold provided by the client, a new set will incur full cost. (this applies to shipped in molds from clients who do not come in person).

15. Grillz are for cosmetic purposes only and not meant to be worn while eating, sleeping, or engaging in physical activities.

16. Client assumes responsibility for any damage to their natural teeth or grillz from misuse.

17. We are not liable for allergic reactions to metals or dental issues caused by misuse of grillz.
